A container 10 is of a parallelepiped standing type, wherein an ear 12 is folded and adhered to a side surface 10a of the container 10. The container 10 is constituted by a laminated structure such that a polyethylene layer 16 with a thickness of about 60 μm to 90 μm is arranged at the innermost layer, and a polyethylene terephthalate layer 18 having silicon dioxide, polyethylene layer 20, a paper layer 22 with a thickness of about 300 g/m2 to 500 g/m2 and a polyethylene layer 24 acting as the outermost layer are installed. Within the container 10 are contained a reducing agent as a major agent, a first agent of a permanent agent containing ammonium carbonate as an alkaline agent, a second permanent agent containing an oxidization agent as a major agent or a second oxidization hair dye containing an oxidization agent as a major agent.
