Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a compact and simplified device, reduce parts, reduce cost, and secure safety, operability, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A receiving groove 18a for receiving a circumferential wall 34 of a cover 33 is provided at an outer circumferential surface part of a container mouth part 12, and a through hole 17 is formed in an outer wall 16 of the receiving groove 18a. A pin holder 19a having a holding hole 22 is installed on an outer wall surface of the receiving groove 18a, so the through hole 17 and the holding hole 22 coincide with each other. A lock pin 26a is inserted into the holding hole 22 to be held. An operation ring having a long hole 30a in a plate surface is engaged in an outer circumference of the container mouth part 12, so the long hole 30a and the lock pin 26a cross each other. A guide pin 31a is installed covering the long hole 30a and the lock pin 26a. A lock hole 35a which corresponds to the lock pin 26a is formed in the circumferential wall 34 of the cover 33.
