Abstract:
To provide a container for cultivating a plant, capable of allowing the distinction of the presence or absence of water in a culture medium to be readily carried out from the exterior.
This container 21 for cultivating the plant, constituted so that the culture medium may be stored in the interior of a culture medium-storing part is used for cultivating or appreciating the plant planted in the culture medium, and has the culture medium-storing part composed of a transparent material. An opaque layer 23 having light transmittance is formed between the culture medium-storing part 26 and the culture medium 18 as a sensor for water supply, and the opaque layer 23 changes into a transparent state by the water included in the medium.
