Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer storage unit that can prevent the situation in which: in an assembly process using a container storing a developer, when a deformable developer storage member is assembled to a developer container, the developer storage member is deformed and an adherence surface of a toner seal closing openings is also significantly deformed, which may open the openings, and the developer storage member is deformed, which may open the openings.SOLUTION: There is provided a developer storage unit including a flexible container 26 that includes openings 35a for discharging a developer, and a frame body that accommodates the flexible container, where the flexible container 26 has a connection part 22 connected with a sealing member 19 to seal the openings, and the connection part 22 has projections 22g extending in a direction separated from the openings.
