Abstract:
To provide a container for disposing of a needle unit of a pen-type syringe in which parts count is reduced, and a risk of a needle unit spilling from the inside of a container is eliminated.SOLUTION: A needle unit 27 having a hub 26 for surrounding a portion of a cannula 25 is attached and detached to/from a syringe 30 by a screw. In a disposal container 1 of the needle unit 27 of the pen-type syringe, the container 1 includes: multiple engaging projections 52 protruding from a lower part of a cylindrical surface 5 toward an axis line S of the cylindrical surface 5, and engaging to an outer circumferential surface of the hub 26 of the inserted needle unit 27; and a flange-shaped outer circumferential regulation part 6 forming an abutment surface 60 to which the tip surface 32 of the syringe 30 is abutted in an upper surface of a lid part 10, having an inner diameter smaller than the cylindrical surface 5, and regulating the hub 26 inserted into the insertion hole 50 from being radially displaced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
