To preserve a food, a medicine and a chemical substance while keeping the specified quality thereof after a container is unsealed by providing an external container and at least a compact balloon-like container which is stored inside the external container and manufactured of a flexible material.
A plurality of compact balloon-like containers 2 which is formed of a flexible material such as rubber or polystyrene latex, and stores a food such as jam, a beverage such as Japanese sake, a medicine such as tablets, and chemical substances are stored inside an external container 1 forming a container of bottles and cans. The size of each container 2 is selected in a range of 1 cm to 10 cm according to the size of the external container 1 and the size of the food, etc., to be stored in the container 2. The container 2 is preferably heated for sterilization for keeping the quality of the food, etc., stored in the container 2. No bacteria is proliferated in the preservation using this double structure even when the container is preserved at 37°C and a lid is unsealed every day, and the stable quality can be maintained.
