To provide a container for food distribution and a heat cooker capable of heating only once immediately before a meal and a food distribution system safe in terms of food sanitation capable of housing food material cooked and served on dishes in the container for the food distribution at a food distribution center. The container is capable of cold-insulating until the delivery and heating food materials only once by the heat cooker immediately before the meal so as to make a consumer able to safely eat the materials at an appropriate temperature.
This food distribution system is provided with this container 3 for the food distribution having an outer container, a storage part 16 for storing the state that the outer container is heated, a cooling device 4 for cooling the container 3 for the food distribution, a carrying truck 6 for housing and delivering the cooled container for the food distribution, and a heat cooker 7 for housing and heating the delivered container for the food distribution. The heat cooker 7 is provided with a control part for obtaining the storage information of the storage part 16 and controlling heating.
