Abstract:
SOLUTION: A container 1 for fruit vegetables comprises a tray part 3 where storage portions 3a to store fruit vegetables (strawberries 2) are formed, and a lid part 4 which covers the tray part 3. The strawberries 2 stored in an inner space S are sterilized by irradiation of electron beam from the outside of the tray part 3 and the lid part 4. A supply gas opening 11 and an exhaust gas opening 12 to lead to the inner space S are provided, and gas including ozone generated at the inside of the inner space S by irradiation of the electron beam is exhausted from the exhaust gas opening 12 by gas introduced from the supply gas opening 11.EFFECT: A container for fruit vegetables of this invention can exhaust ozone of an inner space without releasing a lid part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
