Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable fuel cell container small in size and sturdy, capable of housing an electrolyte member, equally supplying gas, uniformizing the temperature gradient in the container, electrically connecting with high efficiency, as a fuel cell for portable electronic equipment, and a fuel cell.
SOLUTION: The fuel cell container 2 comprises a base body 6 having a recessed part housing an electrolyte member 3 equipped with a first and a second electrodes 4, 5, a first fluid passage 8 formed from the bottom face of the recessed part toward outside, a first wiring conductor 10 led out from the bottom face of the recessed part to the outside, a lid 7 fitted on the upper face of the base body 6, a second fluid passage 9 formed from the lower face of the lid 7 toward outside, and a second wiring conductor 11 led out from the lower face of the lid 7 to the outside, and in which at least one of the first wiring conductor 10 and the second wiring conductor 11 is formed at the periphery of the opening of the first fluid passage 8 or at the periphery of the opening of the second fluid passage 9 so as to contact the first electrode 4 or the second electrode 5, and a fuel cell 1 using the fuel cell container 2.
