Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent contamination caused by outside air during carrying and storage and an accidental separation in an emergency by forming a container having a solute in such a manner that the inside diameter and form of a small-diameter neck part thereof fits to the outside diameter and fit-in thickness of a stopper having an annular projection internally fitted to the container as designated.
CONSTITUTION: The inside diameter of a small-diameter neck part of a container having a solute formed by moisture intercepting and gas intercepting resin is set to ±0.5mm to the outside diameter of an annular projection of a stopper of the stopper with an annular stopper internally fitted to the container. An annular projection having a smooth shoulder part is formed in a position 1/5-2/3 as large as the thickness of the stopper downward from the top of the neck part. A cylindrical flat part is formed with an inside diameter smaller than the outside diameter of the stopper by 0.2-1.5mm extending over the length 1/3 or more as large as the thickness of the stopper on the inner wall of the lower side. A longitudinal groove is formed extending from the top to a region 0-2mm under the annular projection on the bore of the neck part. The longitudinal groove has a depth of 0.1-1.5mm and one or more grooves are caved. The container is formed by an injection blow forming method.
