Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for inspection processing and smooth the flow of container distribution while ensuring the safety of containers by solving the problem wherein for the inspection of safety of containers, although sampling inspection is senseless and 100% inspection is requisite, actual measures lag behind.
SOLUTION: A mediation system is configured to determine whether there occurs an illegal act or not in a distribution process of containers 1 starting when a consignor 2 packs loads in the containers 1 and locks them and ending when a consignee 3 unlocks the containers 1, in dependence on anomaly detection information acquired from anomaly detecting means arranged in advance on the containers 1. Containers 1 (right ones) safe from an illegal act are designated to be rejected from inspection processing executed by a container inspection system 5 to inspect safety of containers 1. The inspection of safety of containers 1 can be thus aimed only at those (wrong ones) subjected to an illegal act and those (gray ones) subjected to such a risk.
