PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for injection needle disposal, which facilitates removal of an injection needle from a syringe body and falling and storage of the injection needle in a container body.SOLUTION: Provided is a container for injection needle disposal for disposing an injection needle comprising: a needle holding member 36 which is detachably screwed in a tip end part of a syringe body; and a needle body. The container for injection needle disposal comprises: a lid body 8 for covering an opening of the container body; and a moving member 48 attached to the lid body 8 movably by slide movement. On a predetermined portion of the lid body 8, a first holding part 54 for holding one side of the needle holding member 36 is provided. The moving member 48 comprises a second holding part 64 for holding the other side of the needle holding member 36. In addition, an opening end of the first holding part 54 on the lid body 8 side is located and shifted to the first holding part 54 side, with respect to a reference central axial line L being substantially vertical to a slide movement direction of the moving member 48 and passing a center P of an injection needle holding part 72 in the holding position state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
