To provide a container launcher, which breaks a container containing a fire extinguishant, a sedative etc. at a strike position and diffuses the contained content.

The container launcher 1 includes: a compressed air tank 2, injecting contained compressed air; a pressurizing portion 3, connected to the compressed air tank to receive the compressed air injected from the compressed air tank 2 and applying pressure to the container 10 by the compressed air; and a guide cylinder 4, connected to a front end of the pressurizing portion 3 and guiding the container 10, starting to move, to the front end by receiving the pressure at the pressurizing portion 3. The front end of the guide cylinder 4 is a launching port 42 of the container 10, and a rear end of the guide cylinder 4 is a setting position 41 of the container 10. The container 10 receives the pressure by the compressed air at the setting position 41, moves inside the guide cylinder 4 to the launching port 42, and is launched outside from the launching port 42.
