Title:
CONTAINER LINER WITH DISPLACING MEANS FOR PROMOTING DISCHARGE OF CONTENTS IN CONTAINER LINER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001192089
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve such a problem that when products in a container, which are unloaded and directly stored in a storing place, are discharged from a container liner by inclining the container and in the case where its products are powdered or granular materials, the discharge of the whole quantity thereof becomes impossible because a part of the materials generally remains in corner regions at a lower part of the container.

The liner 1 is formed into the shape of a substantially rectangular parallelopiped and has a displacing means for leading contents to a discharge port 2. This means is flexible bags 10 capable of being swollen, and each of them is adjacent to an end wall 5 of the liner and has a triangular or a trapezoidal shape. Each bag is mounted on the outer surface of the liner with many double-face adhesive pieces and has a flexible expansion pipe 12 for expanding the bag with pressurized air. The materials are pushed out of the corner regions in a lateral direction due to the expansion of the bags.
