Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a container capable of forming a head space with desired dimensions at the inside of the container without making a blow molding die into a complicated constitution.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a container comprising: a preform set step where a preform PF is arranged at a blow molding die 11, and further, a fill nozzle 22 is engaged with the mouth part PFa of the preform PF; a blow molding step where a pressurized liquid is fed into the preform PF, and the perform PF is subjected to liquid blow molding; a liquid exhaust step where the blow molding die 11 is opened, the barrel part Cb of the container C after the molding is pressed by a pressing part 28 inserted from a gap of adjacent separation type pieces 11a1, 11a2, and the liquid L at the inside of the container C is exhausted to the outside of the container C by a prescribed amount; and a head space formation step where the filling nozzle 22 is withdrawn from the mouth part Ca of the container C to form a head space HS at the inside of the container C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
