To provide a container for microwave oven heating and method for utilizing the same to bake dough containing fermented, frozen and unbaked grain powder such as bread dough with microwaves in a microwave oven.

A container for microwave oven heating includes a container body and a lid integrally including an exothermic body on an inside wall generating heat with microwaves, and an engaging part to engage the lid to the container body. A sidewall of the container body has an opening line to deploy and open the container body. The container body inside wall is formed so as to make close contact with dough containing fermented, expanded and unbaked grain powder almost without a gap. The inside volume of the container body is set to be able to bake the grain powder-containing dough with short-time heating in a microwave oven.
