A panel lifting device 70 of a container 10 is provided with an arm for supporting stored articles; a strip-shaped member having an attaching portion to which one end of the arm is attached ; a strip-shaped member direction changing mechanism around which the strip-shaped member is wound; an elastic body adding tensile force to one end portion of the strip-shaped member, and moving the attaching portion to which the arm is attached through the strip-shaped member direction changing mechanism when the stored article is unloaded from the closest arm to the strip-shaped member direction changing mechanism; and arm direction changing means for changing a direction of a longitudinal direction of the arm attached to the attaching portion between a first direction vertical to an inside surface of the container 10 and a second direction parallel with the container 10, while the attaching portion is moved through the strip-shaped member direction changing mechanism.
