Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container manufacturing facility and a container manufacturing method capable of reducing costs.SOLUTION: A container manufacturing facility provides a storage chamber for storing a preform P made of resin, a conveyor chamber 4 in which a conveyor C for conveying the preform P stored in the storage chamber is installed, and a molding machine chamber in which a blow molding machine for the preform P conveyed by the conveyor C is installed to form a resin container in this order. The container manufacturing facility provides a conveyor-cover V covering the conveyor C and defining a conveying space of the preform P in the conveyor chamber 4, and an air handling unit 20 configured to adjust the temperature inside the conveyor chamber 4 to a predetermined first temperature throughout the year.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
