Title:
CONTAINER, RICE COOKER AND HEAT RETAINER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10243886
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To keep moisture on the internal surface of a container to make an adherent content hard to adhere by a method wherein for the container with a closed bottom to house a substance which evaporates moisture such as cooked rice or rice paste, or an adherent substance, the inside or the whole area of the container is formed of a porous and/or fibrous substance other than wood.

The whole area of the outside 3 and the inside 4 of a container 1 is formed of a porous material 2 by using a container die, and pouring in the porous material of a resin into the container die. Or, the internal surface 2 only of the container may be formed of the porous material in such a manner that in the container die, the container outside 3 made of a metal such as aluminum which is formed by drawing, etc., is placed in advance, and on the internal surface 2, a porous material such as resin, metal or ceramic is poured in. When the container 1 is manufactured of a porous or fibrous material in such a manner, moisture can be kept in the container 1, and an adherent content is made hard to adhere, and the evaporation of moisture by the content can be suppressed, and in addition, a heat transmission becomes lower as well, and the evaporation of moisture by the content due to the variation of moisture and the variation of temperature in the container 1 can be prevented from generating.
