The inner spout 33 is locked such that the attachment and the detachment can be carried out freely at the place of a cap side in the axial direction more than a packing supporting portion 33a by providing an outside thread 12a on the outer container 12 in the container 1, by providing a thread portion 31 on the external circumference of the spout cover 32 covering the container 1 from the axial direction, by providing the packing supporting portion 33a from a place facing the thread portion 31 in the thread radial direction for packing 34 sealing a space between a minimum inside diameter portion 11a in an inner container 11 in the container 1 and the inner spout 33 on the external circumference of the inner spout 33 axially recessed from the spout cover 32, and by using a locking claw 33b in the inner spout 33 and a claw receiving portion 37b in the spout cover 32. The disengagement of the locking claw 33b is prevented by an inclination restriction portion 44 in the spout cap 4.
