PURPOSE: To obtain a container for radiation-sensitive compositions, which is excellent in storage stability of radiation-sensitive compositions and easy to handle after use, by a method wherein at least a layer, other than an innermost layer, is made of resin containing a light shield agent efficient for photosensitivity of the radiation-sensitive compositions and the innermost layer is made of polyolefin resin.
CONSTITUTION: Polyolefin resin used for an innermost layer 2 of a container is not added with light-shield agent or metallic compounds that are possibly eluted by solvent. On the other hand, resin used for a light-shield layer can be the same resin as that used for the innermost layer, the same kind of resin different in density, molecular weight, etc., or polycarbonate, polystyrene, polymethyl metacrylate, etc. When used to store a radiation-sensitive composition, the container is excellent in storage stability with less change in photosensitivity of the radiation-sensitive composition after storage, so that the container is very useful to store the radiation-sensitive composition having a high resolving power.
