A monitor camera 44 to pick up an image of a yard of a container terminal is installed in a container terminal control system, and the image data picked up by the monitor camera 44 is stored in an image storage server 46 provided in the container terminal control system together with information on the date and the position of the image pickup. Further, information on the storage position and the storage date of a container C in the yard is stored in the server of the container terminal control system 10. A yard control system 35 acquires the image data whose information on the image pickup position and the image pickup data is matched with information on the storage position and the storage data of the specified container C from the image storage server 46.
