Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability in increasing the strength of a mirror plate section by a method wherein the lower part of the cylindrical, drum body of a U-shaped, inside lamination section and the outside of a curved, mirror plate are covered closely with a mirror section fibrous layer, and then covered with a drum section fibrous layer from the upper part of the drum section to a part that overpasses the corner of the mirror section fibrous layer, and further, integrally hardened with a resin to be shaped into a part. CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped, inside lamination section 1 and then a mirror section fibrous layer 2 are formed with hand lay up method of glass roving cloth. Then, before the resin impregnated in the inside lamination section 1 and the mirror section fibrous layer 2 hardens, a drum section fibrous layer 3 is formed by helically winding the glass roving impregnated in a resin. At this point, the length of the drum side connecting part A is prepared 1-1.2 times the radius of curvature R of the corner of the mirror plate to provide a sufficient connecting part 5, and then, to sufficiently envelop it, the glass roving is winded so that the top distance of the connecting part B will be 0.8-1.2 times the radius of curvature R of the corner of the mirror plate. The process described above is performed before the epoxy resin impregnated hardens, and then, a frange 4 is fitted onto the upper part so as to shape the container to be integrally hardened.
