PURPOSE: To expand an indoor space or a loading space by a container without exceeding the vehicle width, expand a sub-house as the second story in the case of setting a container main body as a main house of the first story, and automatically take in or out the subhouse vertically against the container main body.

CONSTITUTION: An opening part 22 is provided on the ceiling part 1a of a container main body as a main house. A box-shaped subhouse 3 capable of being received in the container main body is elevatably mounted to the container main body between the upper position where it is projected on the upside of the container main body through the opening part 22 and the lower position where it is received in the container main body. An elevator mechanism automatically elevatably moving the subhouse is provided in this container main body.
