To take wet tissue out of a container in a remarkably simple and secure manner by opening largely an opening through which the wet tissue is picked up and taken out of the container one sheet by one sheet, and close airtightly the interior of the container under a closed state of the container.

On the top face of a flexible container 1 storing therein sheets of wet tissue in a superposed state are provided a lid frame 11 made of a rigid synthetic resin having an opening for taking the wet tissue out of the container 1 by withdrawing it therefrom and a frame member 21 made of the rigid synthetic resin for making the opening 14 of the lid frame 11 openable and airtightly closing the container 1 under its closed state. An opening means 2 positioned within the opening of the lid frame 11 and capable of being cut along the inner circumferential edge of the opening 14 is provided on the top face of the packaging container 1.
