Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with an applicator in which the sealing performance is enhanced and liquid leakage is prevented more reliably, and also the removal of a cap can be facilitated.SOLUTION: A container with an applicator includes: a container body 3; a cap 7; a connecting member 11 for containing the applicator 9 in the inside of the container body 3 while the cap 7 is mounted to a mouth part 5; an application amount adjusting member 13 provided with a wiping piece 41 projected from an inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical part 37 to the inside thereof and coming into abutment with the connecting member 11 in an elastically deformable manner; and a seal member 15 having a cylindrical wall 47 disposed inside of the cylindrical part 37. The cylindrical wall 47 has an elastic deformation part 51 that is brought into liquid-tight abutment with an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical part 37 by being compressed in an axial direction between the application amount adjusting member 13 and the connecting member 11 and elastically deformed radially outward, when the cap 7 is mounted to the mouth part 5, and is released from the abutment to the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical part 37 by the recovery of a shape when the cap 7 is removed from the mouth part 5.
