The container with the cap is constituted by fitting a cap 10 with a discharge opening 22 on the mouth neck part 4 of a container body 2. The cap 10 has a cap body 12 in which a cap cylinder part 20 is erected from a mounting cylinder part 14 fitted around an outer surface of the mouth neck part 4, an inwardly facing flange-like bottom wall 30 is inwardly protruded from the lower part of the cap cylinder part 20, and the discharge opening 22 are opened in the cap cylinder part 20 above the inwardly facing flange-like bottom wall 30, a valve member 38 mounted to the cap body 12 below the inwardly flange-like bottom wall 30 and including a discharge valve body 40 closing the flange hole 32 of the inwardly facing flange-like bottom wall 30 from a backside, and a head member 50 constituted by hanging down the push down rod 58 from an elastic top wall 52 closing the upper part of the cap cylinder part 20 to the vicinity of a discharge valve body 40.
