Abstract:
To provide a container with a cap which can have a child-resistant function without enlarging the size of the cap.SOLUTION: In a container with a cap of this invention, a latch nail 7e is held to a slide member 4 in a state that the latch nail bends inside by making a lock member 7 slide downward, in a state that a cap 5 is mounted to a container 1, a top wall 6d comes in contact with a top wall 7b by making a cap body 6 rotate toward the direction that a screw portion 2e and a female screw portion 6b loosen so that the lock member 7 is raised, and, as follows, the slide member 4 raises in the state that the latch nail 7e is made to bend inside, while being constructed so that the latch nail 7e gets over an inward projection 3b by being raised while leaving the slide member 4 when raising of the slide member 4 stops by the inward projection 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
