A container/applicator comprises a container provided with a dip pipe and having a changeable internal volume for containing a substance, a coating element and a suitable closing member capable of taking a substantially closing posture, which closing member is suitable for accommodating the coating element in the substantial closing posture, and further is in fluid communication with the container in the substantial closing posture.
