The body part below the bottom part of the V-shaped channel 17 is brought into water-tight contact with the truncated conical peripheral wall 5 to form a leg cylinder 20, the upper face of the leg cylinder 20 is formed into a tapered face 21 inclined obliquely downward forward, and the suction pipe 50 is straightly hung into the liquid storing part 7.
