To allow air in a container to be removed reliably with a simple structure and also allow the container to be sealed easily by providing an open/ close valve which can be moved right and left equipped with an insertion hole for inserting an air vent pump tube inside a recess equipped with a through hole formed on a part of a container body.

A recess 3 equipped with a through hole 3a and a stopper 3b for locking an open/close valve 4 is formed on a part of a lid 2a of a container body 2. An insertion hole 4a for inserting an air vent pump tube is included inside the recess 3, while the open/close valve 4 formed with a pinching tab 4b and comprising locking parts positioned below the stopper 3b protruding and which can be moved right and left is provided inside the recess 3. At the time of removing air from a container 1, the open/close valve 4 is moved right to have the through hole 3a and the insertion hole 4a connected with each other, and then the air vent pump tube is inserted into the insertion hole 4a. Then the air vent pump is operated to remove air in the container body 2, and thereafter the valve 4 is moved left for sealing the through hole 3a and the tube is drawn out.
