Then, for the liquid flow passage 34, a transmission means 23 is operated by an opening/closing switch 24 so as to turn a weir part 22 to an opening/closing means. Thus, the washing effect similar to the time of using both of the detergent and the washing tool is realized without separately using the detergent and the washing tool.
