To provide a container capable of preventing any illegal action in advance of opening a lid body from a side around which a fastening type band is not wound.

The container comprises a container body 2, a lid body 3 to be fitted to the container body 2, and a fastening band 4 to fasten both the container body 2 and the lid body 3 by winding them together. A fixed part 5 for preventing any illegal action for fixing the lid body 3 to the container body 2 by either an inner fitting system of pressingly fitting a groove bar 3d to an inner side of an inner fitting step 2a or a vertical attaching system of fitting a fitted part to a fitting part 12 is provided at the position of a peripheral edge part of a container 1 with the fastening band 4 not being wound therearound. Further, a projected fitting and fixing part 6 to be engaged with an upper surface of the lid body 3 to be fitted to the other container body 2 located on a lower stage in a stacked condition is provided on a peripheral edge of a lower surface of the container body 2. An insertion recess 6a for inserting the wound fastening band 4 therein is formed in the fitting and fixing part 6.
