Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end seal capable of withstanding the abuse of a container to prevent damages of the end seal of the container which is caused when the container is dropped or an internal force is applied to a container end member.
SOLUTION: A container has a tubular body member 112 and a cup-shaped end member 120 located in the body member, the body member has an internally bent end portion of U-shaped section, an externally extended flange portion 122 of the cup-shaped end member is received in the end portion, the end member and the body member have a barrier liner layer, a barrier liner layer 115 of the body member is located inside thereof, and both barrier liner layers are opposite to each other inside the end member. A coupling means 131 is present only between the barrier liner layers opposite to each other, and no coupling means is present in an area between the outside of a flange portion of the end member and the end portion of U-shaped section of the body member.
