Title:
CONTAINER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3701299
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container excellent in physical properties and appearance by thermoforming a styrene resin laminated foaming sheet capable of being formed by a conventional general purpose thermoforming machine with effectively avoiding drawdown, uneven heating, sheet discoloration or the like.
SOLUTION: A laminated foam sheet comprises a styrene resin foam sheet and a high impact polystyrene resin sheet. The high impact polystyrene resin sheet has the maximum value of the heating shrinkage load of the high impact polystyrene resin sheet of 10 g/5 mm in width or higher in the longitudinal direction of the high impact polystyrene resin sheet. The laminated foam sheet having a heating shrinkage ratio after heating for 40 s at 145°C of 0 to 2 % in both an extruding direction and a wide direction of the styrene resin foaming sheet is thermoformed into a container wherein the high impact polystyrene resin sheet is disposed to the outside of the container.
