Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a containment system that enables safe and easy movement of an object to be processed among a plurality of processing parts while containing the object to be contained so as to prevent invisible substances such as powders or gasses without using a conventionally necessary sealed container.SOLUTION: A containment system 1 is provided with: for example, a vacuum constant-temperature dryer 2 serving as a first processing unit that contains and heats an object M to be processed; for example, an enclosure 3 serving as a second processing unit that contains and processes the object M processed by the first processing unit; and a lifting device 2 serving as a delivery unit that is arranged between the first processing unit and the second processing unit and that transfers the object M in the first processing unit into the second processing unit. The lifting device 2 serving as the delivery unit is provided with a filter unit 14 that removes substances stuck to the object M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
