To provide a contaminated soil treatment apparatus constituted so that a chemical agent and cement are added to contaminated soil containing a harmful substance to be kneaded therewith to perform insolubilization treatment or detoxification treatment, easily arranged on a contaminated site to perform treatment, dispensing with the transport of untreated contaminated soil and capable of reducing treatment cost.
A mixer 1, a contaminated soil weighing device 2, a cement weighing device 3, a chemical agent weighing device 4, a water weighing device 5 and an operation panel 6 controlling the operations of them are provided and the mixer and the operation panel are anchored on a lower layer part framework 11. The contaminated soil weighing device, the cement weighing device, the chemical agent weighing device and the water weighing device are fixed on the upper layer part framework 12 placed on the lower layer part framework. The lower layer part framework is supported by easily detachable legs. The lower and upper layer part frameworks can be respectively separated to be transported, hung up and anchored while the mixer, the contaminated soil weighing device and the like are fixed.
