CONSTITUTION: A tube 201 is provided vertically, and the tube 201 is pressed with pulleys 101 arranged at equal intervals, and also the pulleys 101 are shifted vertically, and besides accompanying the shifting of the pulleys 101, the content of the tube 201 is shifted in the progress direction of the pulleys 101, next the content is discharged from the cut port of the tube 201.
