A content distribution device includes: a content data storage part 308 for storing contents comprising a moving image, sound, or a combination thereof in a server 3; a waiting time calculation part 303 for calculating a predicted waiting time GT until the customer has a turn; and a content data storage part 308 for distributing the contents to a booth terminal 4 such that the playback of the contents finishes within the calculated predicted waiting time GT.
