A central processing unit 10 and a plurality of terminal equipment are connected through a network 2, and contents are distributed from the central processing unit 10 to the plurality of terminal equipment. The central processing unit 10 comprises: a content accepting part 14 for accepting the provision of the contents from the terminal equipment; a content storing part 21 for storing the accepted contents; an advertisement accepting part 15 for accepting advertisement data from the terminal equipment; an advertisement data storing part 22 for storing the accepted advertisement data; a network disclosing part 13 for disclosing the information related with the contents stored in the content storing part 21 together with the advertisement data stored in the advertisement data storing part 22; and a content distributing part 16 for accepting the content distribution request from the terminal equipment, and for distributing the requested contents to the terminal equipment which has made the distribution request.
