Abstract:
To improve the convenience of a system by building a structure with which a third person can utilize key information without deteriorating security.
A content server receives key information to be transmitted by a credit server having an authority of writing over the content utilization device, and performs encryption communication with the content utilization device to be connected using the received key information, thereby causing the content server to use one part of the authority owned by the credit server. Also, the received key information is stored in an anti-tamper device, and a command to be transmitted to the content utilization device is encrypted in this anti-tamper device and transmitted.
