Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide content to be provided in a proper format suitable for a user in consideration of a current situation of the user in systems capable of automatically providing a service of the content to a plurality of devices used by the user.SOLUTION: In a server 31 of an information center 14, by a device model 33, an up-to-date state of each of devices 12, 13 and 16 is grasped based on device information including current location information to be transmitted from each device, and by a user model 34, a current scene of a user is estimated and the presence/absence, category and timing of content to be provided to the user are determined. By a service selection model 35, the content is acquired from a service provider 15, and by a providing method selection model 36, the devices 12, 13 and 16 are determined that transmit the content, an output format is determined that is optimum for the content in accordance with the scene of the user, and as necessary, the content is converted into a proper output format.
