The content provisioning system 1 for the CATV station includes a center server 2 connected via an internet 4, and a satellite server 3 provided in each CATV station. The center server 2 has a center side content DB for storing a plurality of contents, and a content delivering the contents to each satellite server 3. The satellite server 3 has a content receiving means for receiving the contents delivered from the center server 2, a satellite side content DB for storing the received contents, and a content retrieving means for retrieving the stored contents and outputting the contents to the content utilizing unit of the CATV station.
