To determine the transmission environment information and transmission time zone which are most suitable for transmitting contents, to prepare a content transmission schedule, and to efficiently transmit the contents, by collecting resource utilization information among a plurality of transmission/reception processing apparatuses.
The content transmission and reception processing apparatus comprises: a means 154 for generating content transmission constraint information using the resource utilization information of an opposite apparatus to be a communicating party and the resource utilization information of the present apparatus; a means 156 for generating content transmission schedule information deducing a time zone during which the contents is transmitted; and a means 158 for referring to the content transmission schedule information and determining the transmission time zone of the contents when content transmission is commanded.
