Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents server that efficiently utilizes radio channels so as to distribute the contents when requests of contents distribution from mobile phones are centered on the contents server.
SOLUTION: The contents server 30 grasps number of mobile phones 10 awaiting contents distribution by referring to a contents distribution management table 33c. When the contents server 30 finds out contents distribution requests centered on specific contents from the mobile phones 10, the contents server 30 groups the mobile phones 10 and informs a radio channel controller 22 about the grouping. The radio channel controller 22 sets broadcasting radio channels by each base station forming radio zones in which the grouped mobile phones 10 is resident and broadcast-distributes the contents by using the radio channels.
