PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatic a process of organizing a program by dynamically combining contents with high popularity with an advertisement from which an expensive advertisement charge can be expected and to distribute/provide the program dynamically organized in this way to viewers so as to allow the viewers to be able to view the contents and the advertisement in a way of discharge of untreated effluent.
SOLUTION: The contents distribution server 10 comprises; a contents registration means 11 for registering contents to be provided to a user; an advertisement registration means 13 for registering an advertisement to be provided to the user; a program organization means 17 for organizing a program by dynamically combining the registered contents with the registered advertisement according to number of accesses to the contents and an advertisement charge paid for the advertisement; a program information distribution means 18 for distributing the program information with respect to the organized program to the user; and a reproduction device 20 for sequentially providing the contents and the advertisement forming the program that is reproduced according to the distributed program information.
