Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably detect the existence of a coated sleeve material in a rubber cap G equipped with a hood when a continuity check is carried out for a terminal assembled body having a terminal T coated with double layer coating structure.
SOLUTION: A contactor 20 is installed in this continuity check apparatus and together with the contactor 17, the contactor 20 is introduced into a rubber cap G, which is equipped with a hood and installed in the terminal assembled body TA, when a terminal T is brought into contact with a contactor 17 for continuity check. A spring switch 24 to be connected by bringing the contactor 20 into contact with a sleeve material S is also installed. The sleeve material S is inserted between the terminal T and the rubber cap G. A sleeve material detecting means is constituted of the contactor 20 and the spring switch 24 to detect the sleeve material at the time of checking continuity. Consequently, the existence of the sleeve material S can be detected without visual check.
