To provide a method and device for continuous analysis of a dust component in blast furnace exhaust gas for use in the control of the operation of a blast furnace.
The continuous analysis device is provided for analyzing the component composition of the dust in the blast furnace exhaust gas by ICP-AES 4. In the device, the pipeline from the exhaust duct 1 of the blast furnace exhaust gas to the ICP-AES 4 is configured such that one end of a distribution pipe 2 for sampling the blast furnace exhaust gas for analysis is connected to the exhaust duct connected to a dust catcher (DC) from the top of a blast furnace and the other end of the distribution pipe 2 is connected to a flowing water pipe 3. The flowing water pipe 3 includes a blast furnace gas discharge port 6 on the downstream side of the connection part with the distribution pipe 2 and the diameter of the pipeline on and after the blast furnace gas discharge port 6 is contracted and the introducing pipe 7 connected to the ICP-AES 4 is attached to the pipeline contracted in its diameter. The distribution pipe 2 includes a spray water producing mechanism, which produces spray water in the pipeline, on the way of the pipeline.
