Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate and ensure the arrangement of minor diameter bobbins to be intermittently supplied to a winding position and a chucking means in the split winding work to a number of minor diameter bobbins from a yarn feed package of a large capacity.
CONSTITUTION: An empty bobbin is installed to the carrier shaft 45 of a carrier A having a clutch part 44, and a number of the carriers A are intermittently transferred by a carrying means. The carrier A is successively stopped in a winding position set on the transfer passage to center a bobbin B, and also the carrier A is engaged with a carrier driving shaft 53 by the clutch part 44 and positively rotated, thereby conducting bobbin winding, the carrier A is then retreated from the bobbin winding position. The carrier A is successively replaced by the following carrier A, and yarn change is also conducted between new and old bobbins, to continuously and automatically perform the winding to the bobbins B installed to a number of carriers A.
