PURPOSE: To reduce a working time, and to obtain an uniform quality, by performing continuous bend-working of a V-type and an inverted V-type by cranks alternately connect to a reverse table and its rotary shaft.

CONSTITUTION: A titled mechanism consists of a means for feeding a material 1 to a reverse table 14, a means for detecting the feed rate of this material and controlling and operation of the feeding means, a pair of cranks 15, 15a which pinch-hold the material 1 from the left and right, and can be moved freely at right angles with the feeding direction of the material 1, and also a means for connecting the rotary shaft of the table 14 alternately to said cranks 15, 15a. Said material feeding means is formed by a tension mechanism part 11 for giving tension to the material 1, a feed mechanism part 12 for feeding out the mateial 1 to a bending mechanism part, and a guide mechanism part 13.
